We are always pleased but have only one issue with last visit. I had called in an order for oil change one day but had to reschedule it to Friday morning. When I called I asked to make sure they rotate the tired and change out wiper blades. My husband dropped car off for me and saw on receipt that the tires weren't rotated or the wiper blades not changed. I'll just make sure next time to clarify the request. But otherwise I am very satisfied with the visit. They are always so willing to satisfy my needs.
