I appreciate the honesty and integrity from the employees and management. I do think that it took a little long to get the car fixed, but I understand it was because of another shop that was being slow. When we got the car back, it had another problem due to a hose that wasn't tightened properly. It was towed in without cost to me and fixed promptly. thanks.

it is hard to like an auto repair shop because you never know if they are just selling you something or if you really need it, but I felt like this place was high on customer service.
