They found out my Kia was having some deep engine issues. By the grace of God, Cole at the front desk had knowledge of a warranty that Kia has, possibly covering these deep engine issues. So he called Kia for me and said that I was covered. I never ever would’ve known about this warranty if it wasn’t for him! So so grateful. Nice staff and service all around!
