They are knowledgeable but kind. The service techs are great they get the car fixed in one session. The time they state is usually the time you can pick up your car. I never leave feeling stupid for a question i asked. They are always willing to explain what was done and why. Very happy.

I love that when I bring my car in , they go over my car with a fine tooth comb. I feel this way it gives you a report card of your car’s status. Much like a checkup from your doctor. And the staff is professional and helpful.

Male attendant in front was very informative and explained what certain things they said meant like some type of digital inspection they performed. That I know nothing about but he took the initiative to explain. That was nice. The service was fast and I was in and out within 45 min. Price was affordable especially with the coupon I was able to use. Thank you!

I appreciated how if I had any remaining issues that I asked to have addressed, you handled them with no hassle. Specifically, you were willing to check the issue multiple times over several days and handled me picking up the car close to Christmas day.

I did end up having an issue with a panel not being put back on when I picked up the car, but I brought it back in and you handled it quickly and without asking for any extra fee.

Drop off and pick up provided made the appointment easier to fit into my schedule. Work completed ontime an staff easy to communicate with.
