I really appreciate the way I was treated by my service rep. He was very professional, noted my concerns after 'self-diagnosing' my vehicle's issues, and even found additional repairs during the process. He contacted me several times during my half-day being serviced, and the job was completed in a very satisfactory way, at a very fair price. I will definitely be returning for their expertise with all of my vehicles.
