I'm always treated with respect when I bring my car in for service. I'm greeted by a staff member when I enter the office door even if they are assisting another customer. I feel comfortable asking questions about my car care because they take the time to explain in detail what's wrong with my car. CBA also provides photos of the areas on my car that need to be repaired so I can see the damage for myself. I have had pre-purchase inspections, repairs and car matainence done at CBA at several locations in different states and their level of customer service has remained excellent.

I arrived. I was greeted. I was offered something to drink while I was waiting. I was given an estimated time of completion. The service was started immediately and I was in and out quickly. That's a business establishment being run well. I was even given a carnation on my way out. Thank you all. I was well pleased ☺

I didn’t talk much with the frontdesk person. I’ve been to 2 different locations and got service once at this location only. Both times left me very good experience (the first time no service). They are very polite and kind. I got helped right away. The office is nice with Gospel music, complimentary drinks, decor with scripture. And yet I can tell the difference between this business and others. Nice and different. They also give female client a flower which is super extra. It’s not much to most people but I know it increases the burden for a business. I hope more people support good businesses like this. God bless you.
