Ray is a very understanding person and is very patient . It was a pleasure dealing with him . The car had a problem that could of been corrected but was driven 500 miles before returning it back and have it fix .. l really don’t know if it had a problem cause it was driven 500 mile . It seems like the owner of the car wanted it fix free . Ray did all he can to made it right and I appreciate all that he did and yes I will still bring my cars and truck to you guys . I am satisfied with all the work you guys did me . I would like to thank Ray for his hard work , did I mention that he even speaks Spanish . Thank you guys see you I hope not soon , Great work .

Good customer service, courtesy car shuttle and most importantly ethical repairs made to my vehicle. So far, I have never had to take my car back for the same issue. That is how I judge that (1) the repair was actually done and (2) the repair was actually needed.
I have taken my vehicle’s to the Mission Bend location over several years now and at my most recent visit I experience a slight hiccup in regards to the “pickup time”; however, they went above and beyond to get it ready as promised. I appreciate their efforts and professionalism.

the girl at the front desk didn’t ask me which kind of oil (synthetic blend or full synthetic) i would like, instead she chose the pricier one and put it in my car, i’m glad ray was there because he corrected the pricing.
I enjoy all the mechanics that works there they are very nice and knowledgeable about your car and I really like when they give you a coronation when you finish
We have used Christian Brothers for years, and always were treated fairly and courteously. The techs always explain the problem/solution to us and follow up with us after service. We’re so glad they are in the neighborhood!!
