good job, 1 item to improve. My car had a 120,00 mile check. A few days after it was serviced the battery was dead. It would have been nice if the battery was tested during the 120,000 mile check, from my point of view this is not something I should have to bring to the attention of an automotive expert who is performing preventive maintenance.
I like making my appointment online, and having a driver take me home and pick me up when my car is ready! Great service, great people, great company!

I've been to the Louetta CB several times for both previous and current vehicles. I appreciate the level of honesty and consistency in the Customer Experience. I appreciate being shuttled home so that I don't have to miss work to take maintain my vehicle.
The most recent experience was difficult, personally, to deal with since it involved an expensive repair. CB was very honest with me, did a free estimate, and took the time to show me what was wrong. They were the 3rd establishment for which I received an estimate on this work & thankfully were the cheapest (and whoa, I received an employee discount!). The work was of high quality, and most importantly, my wife felt safety and peace of mind in her vehicle again.
