Txt message communications about when my car was checked in, looked at, and ready. Open communication from the front desk to me about what is going on with my car and costs up front. Honesty!! Worked on my car for 6 hrs and finally found the problem and charged me nothing since it was just a lug nuts that wasn't tightened properly by another place. Earned my business for life with that kind of honesty and trustworthiness. Highly recommend to anyone despite prices being higher than cut rate dishonest facilities.
