The service is phenomenal. I bought a lemon and thanks to Christian Brothers Automotive it runs good as new. The staff is friendly, they have a fantastic car service that doesn't just take you home and pick you up, but also takes you to the rental car location if your car will not be ready that day. The prices seem fair, and they let you know other things that your vehicle needs done without feeling obligated to pay for it that day. I don't plan on using any other service while I'm in Houston. I go the the location on Grant Rd. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Very friendly customer service, shuttle car drivers, service managers and I am sure all the mechanics are the same. Clear estimates given before work is done. Notices by email whenever I need to bring my car in for something I chose to wait on until later. Coupons in the mail and by email too. Reasonable pricing, especially if you have a coupon! This is about our fifth or sixth shop to try and we have gone back several times over the last year.

I have been a CB customer 6 years so I suppose I like everything about them. Service quality, people, waiting area, shuttle service,and especially they will bend over backward to help the customer in everyway I have asked.

Work was done quickly and correctly. I also appreciated the service writer's extra effort to save me some money (I'm retired). He found me a coupon ($40 is $40).

I was able to have my oil changed in about 50 minutes instead of the usual 1 hour plus at other businesses. Also, I thought I needed routine maintenance and he suggested to wait for the 60 mile check because it would more than likely be done again and everything looks good.
As a customer I appreciate not paying twice for anything!

Everyone I encountered at Christian Brothers was very polite and accommodating. I received timely information and status about my car which I really appreciated. I felt like I was charged a reasonable amount and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.
