Easy to schedule online and easy to reschedule, which I had to do. Prompt, which I appreciated since I waited. Technician informed me of an apparent problem from recent work, and I followed up with that shop. Polite and professional. I am not sure how prices compare, but I can ask.

This has been one of the best experiences with a autocratic I have had. They make sure you understand everything and don't try to force you into unnecessary repairs. Not that they don't suggest you get things that show up fixed, they just do not make you feel like you need to get everything done if you are not in a position to do it. Friendly and helpful staff always. My vehicles will definitely continue to go here for the foreseeable future.

I brought them my 2017 F150 for brakes and shocks, thinking i needed both front and rear replaced.
They came back to tell me only front brakes and rear shocks were needed at this time.
Very nice and clear about the work to be done with very reasonable rates too.
Had no problems with getting me a ride home with minimal wait time.
And surprised me with how quickly they were finished too.
I will be returning for more work when it's needed in the future.
