Everything except that they sent me to dealer to get my repair made. Currently vehicle at dealer for leaking axle seal and its been 7 days and nothing’s been done. Warranty work sucks to deal with at Dodge. No fault to CB as they were courteous, timely and thorough.

I have a 2013 Dodge RAM w/ 200K miles that I wanted to stay with until at least 300K miles given the price of used/new vehicles. I needed to confirm why I was hearing some noise when driving; Took my vehicle to CBA Houston on Grant Rd. John was a very good communicator. He had to communicate multiple instances of bad news to me but was always direct and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience even though I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks due to Supply Chain issues. Highly recommend John and your facility on Grant Rd. I will definitely make this my home base for my current and future vehicles. It is worth the 40-minute drive to have a place where they are fair and do a great job.

Ease of getting into the shop and having my car serviced as well as the constant communication between the shop and owner with work that needs to be done. The bill is very clear as to what each service that was performed and the cost associated with each service. Hard to find a reliable service establishment that makes you feel welcome.
