What I appreciate most is the great service and the level of trust I have with the staff. This is especially relevant given that a lot of places will offer or recommend services that don't have to be done. I don't feel that same pressure at CBA.
Made an appointment and the guys took my truck back as soon as I arrived. Everyone at the desk is nice and easy to work with. I needed some maintenance stuff done to my truck and Roger gave me the estimate and the pricing so I can schedule when I am ready. No pressure to do everything today. That makes me trust that I am being taken care of and not just a quick dollar for them today.
