Besides the greatly improved ride (front shocks ++) and improved power (system cleanup/tuneup), the folks were seriously interested in getting me my car back in the least time.
The cost was high, but reasonable (I did not cost-compare: just returned to CBA site used in the past).
Completed the job at the cost estimated. Took me home and back to the shop when the 5 hour repair job was completed.
