We never feel that you hurry us through the process and you always take the time to fully explain your work or other recommendations. The timely feedback on the status of my car repair.
They only performed the repairs that we necessary to put the vehicle in service and advised me of other issues that could come up in the future. When I brought up several things that also might need to be done, they told me that that these items do not need attention at this time. The bottom line is they got my vehicle back in service as economically as possible.
I like the personal and knowledgeable service. Brad took the time to listen to our problem and was very helpful in addressing our concerns. It is wonderful to be able to trust an automotive establishment and have peace of mind when any issues arise concerning our vehicles.
