My experience at Santikos has been good ever since I joined several years ago. I frequent several Santikos throughout the city when I go to the movies.
It was very clean and the snack bar attendant was polite and efficient. However one attendant sent us to the left for Lifemark movie which was totally empty and the other one told us to go to the right. The change in auditoriums was the problem, not their fault so we sat totally alone which was fine!
My family and I love spending time at the Galaxy theater.

This is our go to theater. We’ve tried others when we can’t get a seat to a sold out show and definitely regret it at the end. The food is always fresh and tasty! The self serve popcorn with all that butter to pour ourselves is remarkable!

SUPER awesome at this theatre. The food is pricy, but they don't give other options short of eating before or after the movie. The seats are very comfortable, so I can't complain about the ticket pricing. WAY better experience than Regal, the Live Oak theatre.

This theater is very clean. My husband and I enjoy going early just to have a drink. We enjoy this theater so much that we go out of our way to watch movies at this theater.

We regularly come here and it is always clean, friendly and quick service. I love Santikos because of my history with the company and the way the theaters have adapted in recent years. My ONLY issue is with the popcorn machines. It isn't fresh when it is busy. However, we prefer to go on weekdays early hours so the staff never have a problem getting us fresh batches and we don't mind waiting. So keep it up please. Because there are few places that still offer great service. I wish I could tip the staff.
Such a family/friend environment. Love the small theater for what it is. It has luxury recliner seats an everything you need to enjoy a night out.
