I would like to request my correct name. Ray Last name removed. My son and I LOVE the realto because it affords so much room for our dining and theatre experience. It is the ONLY theatre we prefer.

I like that I am treated like family by the staff members who know us. We go to the movies every Friday, & if the staff we know is present, we are treated with the utmost respect. Other young people do not know us as well, & sometimes we are just treated like the regular clients....Hello, theatre #, etc. It is that special touch that makes us feel warm & welcomed. On another note, I was deeply disappointed when we switched to the new Santikos Rewards card. We had accumulated plenty of points on our old card & were told that they could not be transferred over. My husband & I spend well over $35.00 with the purchase of tickets, food & snacks. I was very disheartened when I learned that I had to start all over again with the new card, & the lady that told me this was very cold & rude. No explanation other than "Sorry, that's the way it is."
