I purchased a Combo with a large popcorn and a large drink, and was asked if I wanted to redeem my available loyalty credits. I said no thank you, and was charged the normal amount, and she scanned my loyalty bar code from my phone. I was charged the correct amount, but I think it also deducted my loyalty points, because when I looked today I only had 4 points in my account. Please contact me to clear this up.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Great place for the kids, and great place for date night with my husband.
We love santikos since changes have been make a long while ago now. The extravaganza tickets are the best and we enjoy the rewards program.
I love this theatre now. Could get a little messy at times but all in all it's a good theatre

I have always liked everything about rialto back to when it was the Galaxy! Me and my kids where raised on santicos! My oldest daughter Samantha Flores was in a terrible accident 8/6/2018(Google her). I would like to bring her for her birthday on 11/8/18 to see two movies. She has had 5 surgeries to save her life since her hit and run here in San Antonio. Musically she is a genius and was/is the contact for cherrity bar downtown across from the Alamodome. I would love to take her to see (A star is born and Bahamian Rapidity back to back as transportation is an issue for her with half her body crushed I need times asap to arrange transportation. PLEASE let me know as soon as a schedule is made for that day. She is still wheelchair bound but not for long. She will soon be a victim/survivor soon as per Ernie Zunniga lol.best news quote ever!

Great movie presentation...hot popcorn and tasty Barillitos Pear-Cucumber soft drink.
Very helpful and nice employees. The place is clean and well maintained. They also very fast with food orders and love the chicken wraps and fries there they are the bomb.
