I love the self serve!!! The theatre was very clean and there was enough staff available to take care of everyone. One of my biggest pet peaves is waiting in line at a movie theater. Thank you for making me feel comfortable to go out and see a movie again. We will be back soon!!!

Everything about this theater is immaculate. There has never been a time that I have gone when I didn't see someone cleaning something. I always recieve great service and the staff seem really nice. The picture and sound sound quality are also great! I have never had a bad experience at Northwest and I have made it my preferred location.

Great experience at Northwest theaters love the self serve popcorn and meal deal combos are great! Seating was spacious and comfortable! And Santikos rewards program is good too!

Small crowds. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Always the most current movies. Feel like not many ppl know of it so it is my little slice of heaven to watch the movies I like. Keel up the excellent work!

I like that is clean,people are kind and help you.. Movie theater great. My family loved the seating. I like to go there. Refills on Popcorn and soda!
