The theater is always clean and well staffed. NW14 is my favorite theater because it's a bit smaller and simpler which is perfect for me. I also appreciate all the good the Santikos family and company do for the community. 💗

The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. It's also big enough, not over crowded. I enjoyed the rewards. I donated 22 Christmas gifts and received the free popcorn, and game card. I love this place. My get away!
