I like the easy access to popcorn and drink refills, I just wish they were either available on both sides or more central. I like that it is always clean and that the seats work!

The staff is always friendly, the food is always good (big fans of the pizza and chocolate chip cookies) and theater is very comfortable!
1. I love the proximity of the concession AND BATHROOMS to the individual theaters.
2. The seats are so comfy and we don't have to "un-recline" toalliw someone to pass. We are unaffected by them.
3. Most everyone is courteous and smiling. We drive the extra 20 mins to come here, passing both Casablanca and Silverado 16!
4. TICKET prices are still affordable for our family of 5!

I've been coming to this theater for years. I've seen change after change that has always had me coming back and feeling appreciated. Ever since I was a little kid this has always been one of my go to spots. Now a father of two whose kids can thoroughly enjoy a good movie it's a no brainer which theater we would choose.
It was a good atmosphere. My family had a very good experience. We love going to our location for the experience.

Always the friendliest and cleanest location at Northwest. We had Tara at the register and one other employee and they were quick, kind and reminded us to use our Santikos rewards. the manager has greeted us many times as well in the past, which always shows the care your staff takes in their establishment. We will always continue to come back to this location.
