What did you like about your Santikos experience?

There was little to no wait for concessions. The comfortable and spacious sitting arrangements added to the overall ambiance and enjoyment. I have been a long time customer of this establishment, investments made on upgrading the amenities are quite impressive.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like that the theater is clean and offers the same variety of concessions as the other theaters do. It's modest and just right! The bigger theaters today are great but sometimes you just want to go back to an old fashioned style theater without all the bells and whistles. Northwest is perfect for that. Staff is always polite and friendly.

The Northwest location is great with all the reclining chairs. My kids and I love the self serve popcorn which is always fresh and the Freestyle drink options.

I always have very good customer experiences there. I hate the ticket service fees though so now I either buy the tickets at the register when I arrive or I decide not to go. $4 is too much for an online service fee.

The service fee sometimes keeps me from going to the movies.
