The box office employee was courteous and professional. She helped sign me up for your new rewards program and card as I still had the old rewards card. Everyone is always nice.

As a frequent movie goer to the Northwest Theater, most of the employees recognize me when they see me at the theater. All of the employees are very friendly there and they greet me with a warm smile and a "hello" when they see me.

The Northwest location is usually quite; I hardly ever see or hear loud teenagers that interrupt my movie experience. The prices are unbeatable!

The staff is friendly and it is family friendly for us. At least the showings before 8pm have that atmosphere, which is mostly when we attend. We have been going to Northwest for several years so its like home for us.

Like the smaller theater feeling than most of the larger ones in San Antonio. Almost like one of the best kept secrets here in town. Friendly staff.

The prices during matinee times. But my only complain is that the last 2 times while the previews were on the house lights didn't turn off, and the other time the lights were still on when the movie started.
