I like that this theater has very polite & attentive employees, the Reward system allows you to earn rewards for the dollars spent, the auditoriums are clean & comfortable ( not overcrowded), they also offer great matinee
times, we can always find good seating and parking at this location as well!

From the minute I walk in the theater I know my experience is going to be a good one I never miss the concession stand I'm always greeted me and help with my request to the fullest I'm one satisfaction Customer and for that I'm grateful and I thank the Northwest 14 team.

Everything is conveniently placed. The bathrooms are close, the sodas and butter is close, have butter salt and trays for the popcorn.

It's never crowded during the week and Rush Hour shows are still $5. Plus there is NO reserved seating! I do wish there were separate lines for tickets and concessions, though. Also the area around the butter machine was yucky. I did not want to set my popcorn box or soda down because I would then get butter all over my clothes.
