I grew up in Houston ... I attended Southwest Texas State in San Marcos (now Texas State) -- I frequently visited the Santikos Northwest during college ... then 4 years ago I moved to San Antonio with my work ... Santikos Northwest is still my very favorite movie theatre -- you have a great staff ... clean theatre, great good ... JOB WELL DONE FOLKS!

I like the why they didn't discriminate on who you hired handicap people.Some of the employees or more friendlier thenoothers. The male management are very helpful.

I don't like that the drink stand closes before the show is over. I went to buy 2 more beers at 10:00 pm last night while watching Captain America and I was told it was closed.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful, theaters are always clean, Loyalty Rewards Program is great, online ticket purchase and reserved seating. A group place to take family, friends and business associates for an enjoyable movie experience.
