What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It is very convenient from our home. We are regulars there, attend every Friday night.
Attendants very friendly and already know us. Beautifully remolded, love the fact that
it does not get overly crowded. Can always depend on getting tickets even if last minute.

I like the idea of serving myself at the concession stand like the soda and popcorn and icee

The theater is really nice now and I love how I don’t have to wait in line for popcorn and there is a spot to sit and wait if you are early for your movie or just need to take a minute with a misbehaving child.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The Northwest 14 theatres is great. Love the remodel. Seats are too comfortable. Sometimes, if the movie is a little slow, you can hear people snoring around you.
Don't like the design of the butter dispenser. Not enough Room to move a bag or tub around. the butter is concentrated in center of popcorn. Will have to fill up a cup and pour the butter around.
Other than that, everything is great.

There was a prob with 2 of our seats not reclining, mgr came immediatley 🙂 very nice theatre!!!!!

new seating...new concessions. I've always liked Northwest because of the matinee between 4-6pm and I'm not happy about that going away....I have a household of 6 so going to the movies is expensive for me.

I do have to say that all of the automation and limited staff has made it VERY easy for someone to literally just walk in and see a movie for free..these last couple of visits, no one has checked for my tickets that I purchased through atom, I could have just walked in and gone straight in to the theater even if I had not bought a ticket. I think that is a real money loser for your company and you should re-think that.

I love the new recliner chairs!!! I also like that you can pick your seats. The self serve popcorn and soda are great too so that we don’t have to wait on someone if we want a refill or if we only want a little/lot of ice
