What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I used to go to Alamo Drafthouse and drop $100 each visit before it was sold to private equity and lost all its nuance. I tried Santikos northwest in 2013/2014 and everything was dirty and the carpet smelled. I gave it a chance again this year and the renovations have greatly improved this location. It has been the movie going experience I've been missing. In a few months I have spent $300. The pizza is amazing and greasy. I would love if yall had wings and fries at the northwest location, but imo having a deep fryer could effect the staff that works there and the current staff is chill and friendly. What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Perfect! I love the self serve popcorn and availability to get the butter salt on the side. The crew is always SUPER friendly here and the deals are great. Everything is perfectly priced (that I’ve bought). My go to theater is this one

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Customer has attended movies since childhood with $.25-$.50. With the Santikos rewards/member card it allows saving on concessions & earns points which can be redeemed for concessions or other savings. Family members also enjoy movies. Newer seats which recline &/or offer food trays are convenient. For popular movies onscreen which draw large crowds; having reserved seating available stops ill will between customers who are discontent with their seating preferences. Large adequate & well lit parking lots are beneficial too for customers’ safety. The concession products are varied & “do it yourself” drink & popcorn are great. No standing in lines for a refill. Happier & satisfied customers. But best value is the Tuesday specials.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Northwest 14 has been my favorite Santikos theater to watch movies, for 20+ years.

This recent experience, every worker from ticket/bag check to concessions and clean up crew were friendly and helpful!
Theater was kept clean from lobby to restroom and theater!!
Seats were comfortable and in working condition!!!

The only change I am not fond of across all santikos theaters is the switch of paper cone cups instead of paper boats.

I like the intimacy of the theatre lobby and the nice staff. I like the bathrooms are clean and the reclining seatis in the theatres. I like the options for snacks especially the nachos and frito pie.
