THE THEATER IS CLEAN, COOL, QUIET, AND NOT TOO CROWDED. IT HAS FRIENDLY, COMPETENT EMPLOYEES, AND THE TICKET PRICES ARE REASONABLE. I ALSO LIKE THE VARIETY OF HIGHER QUALITY REFRESHMENTS. IF YOU KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING, THEN I WILL KEEP SHOWING UP FOR MOVIES.

The concession stand girl, I think her name was "Sam," had a pretty smile all the while she helped me.
The manager helped me very quickly moving my points to my new a Santikos Rewards card.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I enjoy going to all of the Santikos theaters not just the Embassy. Very clean auditoriums and friendly staff. I especially likes your rewards program. I have 1027 points on my card which tells you how many times i go to theaters. In fact I will going to the embassy today to see Lucy. Keep up the good work!

Your theater is very clean on the outside as well as in the inside. Your employees are helpful and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile. The only thing I would change is the drink selection. Maybe more variety in diet soft drinks. Other than that I love your theatre and will definitely be back.
