What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everything. Popcorn is always number one in my book. Please continue with the best brand. I choose my theatre using the popcorn taste and rewards programs as my criteria. Your theaters are comfortable. The staff are great. I don't like the new air blowers in the bathrooms. I know they are probably cheaper in the long run and not messy as with the paper towels, but they are difficult to find the spot to dry hands.

The staff is very friendly; the remodeled lobby is elegant, clean, and efficient; the "Combo #3" (two large bottomless popcorns and two large drinks for $18) is a bargain compared to every other theater hands down (including Santiko's Paladium in the RIM!), and the Groupon offers in the past have are also an unmatched bargains (because of the included popcorn and drink). All in all, Santiko's Embassy is my first choice among theaters even though I actually live closer to both Santiko's Paladium and Northwoods!

(Please note that I have not checked the "OK" publicity box because I would need to have more specific information regarding any public sharing of my name and/or company before granting permission...not that I am opposed, mind you, but I generally do not grant open-ended approvals...sorry!)

My kids love this theatre. They can get their own icees and refill. Friendly atmosphere. I was very excited to see that you can now but 2lg drinks 2lg popcorns for price of what used to be 2 lg drinks 1 lg popcorn.

I have been going to Embassy since I was 8 years old. Embassy is hands down my favorite theater, I have so many memories there and it's pretty safe to say that's where I fell in love with film. The renovations are really nice and even though it doesn't look like it did when I first started going there, it's home.

We have a movie group that goes to your theatre every Thursday night (Embassy). All of the staff there is Very Friendly! But none of us thinks your new reward program is near as good as they old one. Now its just like all the competitor's, little rewards for lots of dollars spent!
