I like the availability of parking lot spaces, I like the service personnel attitude toward customers, I definitely enjoy the popcorn and sodas and candy for sale to go with the really comfortable seats along with the quality speakers in stereo and the cleaniness of the overall theatre. I enjoy the refills on bucket popcorn and I my discount cards for free points toward goodies at Santikos. I also enjoy the emails about new movies coming. My wife and I generally try and go once a week when possible. A very nice theatre and I would mention that Northwoods and Alamo Draft are right next door to where I go but ya'll are definitely the best overall. Bunches of At a boy's for your staff.

I like that each theater is smaller with very comfortable seats with the ability to rock.
The price of movies is very reasonable and free refills on drinks and popcorn.
Free refills is a big incentive to choose this theater to save money.

Friendly people and good popcorn

Been going there for years i guess im just used to it. I do miss my favorite games that you had there Ms. Pac-man and Galaxy🙈🙈🙈🙈

clean and accessible

There are three employees at the Enbassy 14 I now consider my friends...well, actually I'm old enough to be their father or uncle (I'd gladly claim them, too). I've provided feedback n how they interact with people before. Specifically, how they quickly convert a "Problem" to a "Challenge" and then resolve the challenge with the customer participating. I doubt that it's something that the behavior comes easily...at least not for most employees. It's difficult to train employees to acquire this skill set because there's not much to motivate them when their PC&B is literally minimal. But these three seem to be naturally gifted which energizes me in numerous ways. I do NOT have this same experience in any other theatre. I wonder why.

Its a good place to watch movies

My husband and I have movies dates on Friday. We always like going to the movies. Is very nice and clean. They did a great job in the entrance!

When I approached the customer services area, I was helped by an individual whom I believed was from the management team and he gladly inquired about how he could answer my questions. I didn't catch his name but he was very professional & courteous.

Convenience. The Globe, National Theatre and Fathom events broadcasts. Thank you for showing them. It's because of them and the challenging choices at the Bijou that I have chosen to go exclusively to Santikos theaters.
