The seating was very comfortable, the staff was very courteous and professional.
Great seats, great food, and the service is wonderful. The management there really knows how to handle unexpected mishaps and really goes out of their way to make the customer happy. I have personally experienced this and feel that this is the best theater in town and the one I will always try to use. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to use this theater. That's how awesome they are. Keep it up.

Love the new seating and on this visit the GM served us our pop corn and beverages and wanted us to know we had $45 credit on our loyalty account and would we like to use some of that for our purchase. (Absolutely!). I was most surprised as I have the app, have a loyalty number, but have never known I had a credit in dollars! All I knew is I had a free companion ticket available looking at the app. Adding this information would to the app awards would be very helpful. Also... you should be able to use the companion award while buying online with the move to all reserved seats not being able to do so means an trip to the theatre early or even a day before to ensure great seat locations. Overall though ,... every aspect of the new theatres are a vast improvement. Next up ... refresh the bathrooms and add privacy dividers in the men's room.

Harley, the bartender did a fantastic job of juggling 40+ customers at one time. He remembered our orders, was very friendly, and created a wonderful experience. Best old fashion ever. By far the best bartender we have had in a long time...and just happened to be at a movie theater. Craziness.
Love the recliners and that you can pick out your seat. Also it seems every seat is a good seat!
Matinee prices between 4 and 6 pm. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great selection of wine.

Embassy 14 is my FAVORITE theatre. It is so beautifully redone to look like a classy, neighborhood cinema. The bar had a really nice makeover, the food was really good, and the cashiers and ticket takers were very friendly! The inside of the theatre was SO NICE. Big, luxurious, leather type seats with a rotating tray table made eating very comfortable and natural. The sound and picture of the movie I saw (IT) was really good as well. Great job!

Every experience I have had has been amazing. Friendly staff and always clean and enjoyable. I now don't go to the movies anywhere else but Santikos Embassy.

The newly renovated facility is a magnificent upgrade from what it was when I used to frequent the theater in my youth. It's nice that Santikos has taken the time and effort to enhance the customer experience no matter which theater we go to.

Buying tickets and for food purchases. I usually get a bottle of wine for my husband and I, keep ice buckets in stock and the nice wine glasses. I am really happy with the theater and see a movie at least 2 times a month. Only negative is that the bar backs up during busy times and there is usually only one person working it. I would think you could have multiple people working during the proven busy times.
Comfortable seats and good food! The theater is rarely too packed as well.
