The food and seating are great. I used to see all my movies at the Drafthouse but since Embassy has been remodeled I only go there to watch movies.

All the people who work there are very nice and helpful. I also enjoy being able to choose my seat. I like that Santikos Fathom Events shows.

Love the reclining seats. I do think customer service at the corporate could be better. I emailed corporate letting them know I was having problems refunding my ticket online and I wasn't able to get to the theater. No one ever hot back to me or refund my money and that was February 9th

It’s very convenient to buy my tickets and reserve my seat using my app. The theater employees are courteous, diligent and very helpful. The chairs are extremely comfortable. All that makes it for an amazing movie experience.

LOVE the new seating! We’ve even eaten dinner at the movie. So quiet compared to before and less neighbor distractions! Able to FULLY FOCUS on the experience. Frankly, we won’t go anywhere else! All the magic of the big screen, but the comforts of home.
