So convenient and love the remodel at the embassy location in San Antonio TX.

A friendly person met us at the door. She welcomed us. Checked our electronic ticket and let us know where to go. The seats were very comfortable. Lots of room to move around in.

The whole new experience at Embassy is just wonderful. The gorgeous renovations, the comfy seats, the bar and the new easy to use kiosks out front. I love it! The only thing I would say is that the employees working at the concession stands this last time I went were not very friendly or helpful. But that is the first time I've had that issue.
The food was also great this time. I got the greek salad and was really impressed.

We love Embassy! It's our favorite theater! The seats are comfortable. We enjoy getting our own drinks, with refills. The food is great. We like everything about this theater.

Great movie theater just wished they brought your food to you instead of leaving during the movie because our food wasn’t ready yet

I was impressed with the new seats. I haven't been to the movies in over 6 years. I will go back now. I am impressed with the app and picking seats and alcohol. With a very fancy sound system and tv's at home I don't mind waiting a few months but I love the reclining seats.

My favorite thing about Santikos is the customer service ! At Embassy 14 everyone (not just the management) is friendly, helpful, and eager to fulfill customer needs. Problems are resolved quickly to 110% customer satisfaction. I recommend Santikos to friends all the time because the reclining seats, food variety, wonderful service, and beautiful renovations make the movie experience top class.

The only thing that I would recommend is a ticket program like the one AMC recently released to compete with MoviePass.

Every time i go in to the theater. It is clean, always very organized. Nice environment. I love the sound the rooms have, also clean seats. And the best of all, the employees, transmiting a great smile and very helpful.

Santikos Embassy is very clean and comfortable. It’s like watching a movie from your own living room. I like that you can refil drinks on your own, you don’t miss as much of the movie waiting in line at the register.

Like the ability with Santikos app to easily book tickets for a movie. Theater is always clean in both lobby and theater rooms. Recommend this theater to anyone

Known seating when arriving at theater

I love Santikos. The employees are always super friendly. It is clean. And I love that proceeds go to charity.

Love the reserve seating and the recliners are so comfortable! Spouse refuses to go to any other theater! The employees are great at customer service.

The atmosphere at Santikos is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I love the different cocktails being served as well and the Buffalo Wings are some of the best that I have ever eaten. I recommend this theater chain to all of my friends.

The recliner chairs are the best here! The food options are a plus. The drink and condiment options are better than Regal or Alamo drafthouse. The past few times we went to Embassy it was really hot in the theater, but this time it was the perfect tempature.

I love the theater; if I had to say anything since I go to movies 2 to 3x a week. the Huebner Oaks theater on Huebner Road has a better sound system than Embassy theater but thats about it. Your food is great also.
