Membership ship program is awesome. Almost every visit I get 5 dollar rewards toward my snacks. Seats and theater are alway clean and the temperature is comfortable.

There was no wait. We purchased out tickets quickly & easily. Same thing at the consession counter. Theatre was very clean…disposable gloves and hand sanitizer were available at the drink station. And…the movie was very entertaining.

Since I was small and my children and grandchildren have been movie buffs. Santikos makes our movie experience excellent. We will always continue to go to the Embassy staff and surrounding are perfect. And the food too

We love Santikos! Employees are always helpful and friendly. The theater is always clean. Only thing we did not like is when I tried to pay for my $5.00 bottle of water with cash I was told they were only taking cards for payment. What????? I don’t think that is right. Cash is a legal tender. That needs to change.

My daughter and I enjoy going to the movies! Santikos cinema on Bitters and 281 is our favorite place. But after reopening to the public, we have noticed the slushy areas always dirty and a couple of nights during the week, we have walked in and noticed no one was at front desk and there was no security guy at entrance. That same night, 7/28/21, we purchased tickets for the 10pm “F&F9” show and a man who was heavily intoxicated walked in to the same show. That made us uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe. I hope this was just a bad night and the theater had a low staff. Other wise, we’ll be going somewhere else.

Very thankful for the free summer movies that are offered. My daughter and I have been enjoying them for the last 3 years. We look forward to it every summer. Please keep it around!
I love the menu but it is not longer available. I would think twice about going now. That is 1/2 of the experience. Please bring back the old menu.
