What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I have always loved all things Santikos and strictly only visit santikos theatres. But yalls cash only requirements are stupid. Sorry but a cashless society is not something we should be aiming for. I left in the middle of the movie to purchase popcorn with a $20 in my hand. They would not take my money and told me to go back and get a debit card. Which would be fine if I wasn’t trying to hurry as not to miss too much of the movie.

Everything! I love having reserved seats. I love the roominess of the theater seats. I love the way the concession is set up. And, I love how kind and friendly the staff is. It is the ONLY movie theater I go to. I take everyone there.

Been going to embassy 14 for about 15 years. I really like the ambience, its laid back yet organized. The employees are generally helpful and professional . The new way to get popcorn is convenient as I can add butter to my taste. Finally, the fact that the Santikos Foundation supports so many areas in this city is definitely a tremendous advantage. I will continue to go to embassy 14 as long as things are the way they are.

I love Embassy Theater for many reasons. The staff is courteous and professional. The theaters are clean and the seats are comfortable. The food and beverage offerings are great - lots of variety. Additionally, The booking process using your app is easy, Thank you!

I like the recliners and space it allows between patrons. The popcorn machine is also a nice new add.
Some of the tray tables and recliners are off center making one feel like they need a seatbelt.

really enjoyed the change to refill popcorn. Just a bit to messy, the popcorn spills on the floor. perhaps it could be placed by the drink area. It takes away from the elegance of the Embassy.

It’s a clean comfortable theater. I really liked that the feet went all the way up before the seat reclined. I don’t like to recline as much, but I do like my feet up

I had made a mistake by selecting the wrong Theater that I had reserved. The staff was kind enough to research the same movie at the same time, allowed me to pick my desired seats and get me my new tickets promptly.
