Lots to love about Santikos. I wish the app would allow you to change the movie time with one click so that you can see how the seat availability changes between showtimes. Even better if you can change the day as well.

Having to back out of the process to select a different day/time and then having to re-select your types of tickets (general admin, child, senior, etc.) is just downright annoying.

The experience was great but there was lacking it was lacking in butter options, in my area close by theater 6 there is only one dispenser available. The self-serve popcorn option is nice but the dispensers weren’t working so it was an inconvenience. Also there are no changing tables in the main restrooms.

We love Santikos! The seats are nice and comfy, the food isn’t outrageously priced and I love that I can use my points to go towards the concession stand which helps with price and we love the atmosphere! The popcorn and drink stations are ingenious!!!

I always have an awesome experience at embassy. The only issue I had this time was that the butter next to the popcorn was out of butter and that there was a dirty glass at my seat but other than that a great experience as always.

Everything… the lobby, the recliners, the sound and temperature, and… the popcorn. I like the self serve drinks and popcorn, especially when I arrive early.
