Clean. Easy to navigate. Concession staff were very helpful. But I do not like the surcharge for using the online ticket buying- which is now an all most must. Adding the $6 surcharge is a little over the top

It’s close to my home. It’s clean but some seats need to be repaired. The food is good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love that Santikos gives back to the community. I enjoy the seating and the recliners. I also enjoy the snacks and sometimes a glass of wine during the movie. Embassy is my favorite theater. I am a loyal Santikos fan.

Checking in was quick and easy. I reccommend purchasing tickets ahead of time. The concessions were fast as well. It was clean. Everyone was very friendly and the seats in the theatre were comfortable.

Everything. Great staff. Everything is efficient and seamless. Love that Santikos gives all profits back to the community and supports our local non-profits, and can still invest in keeping it theaters high quality.
