Everything was very clean, the new popcorn dispensers were very convenient and easy to us. My family always enjoys watching movies at Santikos theaters

I enjoyed mostly everything . I will say that I was disappointed when as soon as I walked in there was a whole group of customers sitting in the seating area all without masks . Masks are mandatory again for a reason and they check your tickets right as you enter the building so the person asking for the tickets etc should let the guest know they need to wear masks . It’s not courteous to the rest of the people who are trying to stay safe . That group of people were had 3 adults and a group of kids . They were sitting there in the common area by the bar area for who knows how long with their feet all on the chairs. I’m just saying if it’s mandatory everyone should wear them in the common area so we can all protect one another and still enjoy the movies . The staff is very kind . The Lady at the bar was the nicest and hospitable. She made me a margarita topped it with some chamoy and Lucas . Looked nice . She even described the flavors lol and told me the different prices . Thank you , I do love this theatre, all the staff was on it as far as their own masks which is awesome .

Ita beenen awhile since my family and I have gone to Santikos Mayan theatre and it was so much fun and it felt safe to go out. The theatre was super clean, all of the employees were super helpful and patient with my purchases and questions. It was just so nice especially with the loyalty rewards tickets that I'm getting every week. Thank you for coming back into business.

I love it. It’s just the concession cashiers always rude. Please fix.

The reclining chairs ...

The staff was friendly and professional. I liked thatthey were following the COVID-19 guidelines and provided gloes for us to use at the self-serve soda machines. Thank you Santikos for caring about your customers and employees.

The seats are comfortable and in every theater I’ve been in.

Amazing facilities. I know exactly what to expect when I go to a santikos theater. Everything is always so clean and modern. I am a huge fan of all santikos locations (especially Cibollo and the Bijou).

I personally always enjoy my experiences going to see a movie with my lil one but this time was different. It’s become tradition to take my now 4 year old to see a movie of her choosing. Every other Friday it’s daddy daughter movie night for the past 2yrs, due to the Covid 19, causing closure to many business. My daughter was bummed when she found out the theater were temporarily closed. Funds have been low during this pandemic. So I really would like to say thank you for the free movie tickets. My daughter loved Trolls World Tour. Once again Thank You Santikos.

I've always gone to santikos theaters, and going recently was not a let down and exceeded my expectations.

Staff was nice and friendly. Staff was also cleaning very extensively. Concession stands were open but being very careful and safe with handling the food and drinks. And also well done in being social distance with people and also in the theater seats
