My friend and I went to watch a movie and were both disappointed in the drinks at the bar area so I left feedback. Afterward, Bobby emailed me about my experience and completely made it right. I really appreciate the quick response and great customer service.

Was very fast and easy to get in theater popcorn was great nice and clean very comfortable we had a great time
Wish there was like family combo tickets so we can go and enjoy it more it gets expensive for big families

I love the ambience and set-up of the lobby. Very spacious. I also love how easy it is to change seats. The management is very accommodating. The theater seating is very comfortable—plenty of room.

When we got to our seats yesterday, one wasn’t working. I went to the concessions area and the girl got someone in there before I got sat back in my seat. It took maybe 30 seconds to resolve. Definitely top tier service.
