The reclining chairs! The sound!
I prefer the Mayan because I don't have to leave the Southside to enjoy the movie experience.
With that, let me suggest some fixing up on the seats, as the material is getting worn in some theaters.

Theyre always super courteous and reminding me I have a membership so I can earn points. And anytime I do have some to use, they ask if I'd like to. Got a free large drink last night because of it!

Theaters are always clean, if there are any issues they fix them immediately. Honestly I haven't had a single bad experience at Mayan Palace - it's my go to theater. Especially with my kids.
