On Sunday November 9 I went to see interstellar in dbox. Everything was great but went I went to the concession counter someone dropped nacho chips and cheese on the counter next to the cash register. No one bothered to clean it up. Other than that it was a good experience. Can't wait to go back to see hunger games in dbox.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos is the only theater I go to since you guys have D-Box. I recently went to see interstellar d-box on Sunday Nov 9 at 1130 am everything was great. Movie experience and friendly staff. When I went to the concession counter I noticed next to the cash register some one dropped a lot of chips and cheese. No one of the employees cleaned it up and it was an eye sore. Other than that it was great I'm going back to see hunger games in dbox

I like the way the Mayan is small enough to feel at home yet the sound and theatre experience is large enough to get the full value for every dollar I spend there. My family and I always enjoy a great time at the Mayan.

Ticket service is fast, professional and very affortable, the food court is good and the products are fresh and worth the money. We use to go to other theaters for several years but their prices have increase and the produts have not, so we decided to give Santikos Mayan a try with some friends and we have been going to your theater since. We recommend your theather to all our friends and they are also going there. I hope that you all continue the awesome service and never forget that the customers make your theater work, keep treating them with dignity and respect, especially us seniors. What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everyone tries to make your visit a good visit. Everyone helps you and also ask if there's anything they can do for me. If I look like something is wrong they ask if everything is okay. All the employees make sure that we have a very good visit and in return we come back and recommend the Mayan Palace to our friends.
