Remodeling has left the Mayan as a top notch theater! Seating is very comfortable . The concession area is efficient and the drinks station was constantly being wiped down . Great Experience

It was very clean and not a long wait for tickets or popcorn/beverages. Theater was clean and inviting. Over all a great experience here at the Mayan. Definitely a place to go.

Everyone we interacted with was very polite, well mannered, in good mood. The young men who were in training provided very good customer service. The theater was very clean.

I did like my experience but the only thing I would like to be fixed is the mount on cash registers that have to be open when I went there was on one and a very long line . But the movies were clean and the employees were dress to empress and very nice

This is my favorite theater. It’s family-friendly and the seats are great!

I love the location,and have never had a problem with the employees or the patrons. I also enjoy the actual experience of watching a movie with a crowd than alone at home. I been coming to this theater(Century South)since I was a kid and the memories I've made are a big part of my life.

I love the Free refills and the membership because I get $5 reward what feels like every other time I go.

The renovations really brought us back to the theater. We used to travel across town to get the benifits of high end recliners and sound system. Also the membership program was a major plus.

All the employees are courteous and friendly.

It was very clean, employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I recieved 2 rain check vouchers due to electrical power outage. Can or how do I redeem those vouchers to watch a new movie? Or can I use them for a new release?

Also, one of your staff (a young man working at the concession) saw that I had too much to carry and he put someone else at the register and immediately helped me get my drinks and carried all my stuff to my seat for me. Way above and beyond his job description. Sorry, I wish I could remember his name.

What I DON'T like is the fact that I can't physically take advantage of your Holiday promotion (buy a $25 gift card and get a $5 bonus for myself) at your location. I understand it has to be done online only. That really sucks (sorry). Wish the promo was available at all theaters, not just online.
