I was able to buy movie tickets with no problem. Pick my seats with ease. I just walked into the theater and the guy told me which theater to go to.

We especially like the deals ya have on Monday's and Tuesday's. Also that the popcorn and drinks are self service unlike other local theaters that have the workers do it for you after waiting in line again. Also the food we ordered came out really good.

Everything was very pleasant...like all...was years the I didn't stop by ...but my Hot Dog the bread was super hard guess exparied...so I didn't say nothing ks I was enjoying the movie with the kiddo's...but the rest was good 👍🏼

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Every time my family and I go to enjoy a movie the the theater is always clean and spotless. Restroom are very clean. Food hot when we order and the popcorn always fresh. There's never a long line to order my snacks or food. Great place! Highly recommend. And the worker's are always welcoming and friendly.

Their customer service ! The guys in the Concession Stand were sooo friendly and willing to help. My wife usually go to THE EMBASSY. But last nite we went to the Mayan. The folks, especially the Mgr at Dmbassy always balks at making salt free popcorn for me. I hv cardiac and kidney issues. EVERY TIME I ask, they have to frown. But the Mayan, they didnt bat an eye. THEY said, YES SIR, it will talk a minute, but we.ll start popping it. I used to work at the Pentagon. I know what Customer SERVICE is. The Mayan out beats the Embassy. The Mgr at the Embassy needs to seriously stop being so rigid looking and also in his voice. I think we.ll stick with the Mayan from now on.
