I live the new chairs in the embassy theater but was completely bummed that you guys didnā€™t have them in the Silverado theatre.

We were waiting outside till doors opened. Once they opened, individual came outside and asked to enter and guided us to the concession counter where we got our tickets plus some popcorn. Both young ladies whom helped us were very accommodating and helpful.

I have always had a good time at Santikos. I would suggest a revision on the Santikos Rewards App to let you use ā€œfree ticketā€ rewards for online/on App ticket purchase, rather than having to present the reward in store. Thank you!

The service and staff were great! The theater wasn't very clean, but I understand it is difficult to hire staff right now.

Our fave is the Silverado. Itā€™s easy going; staff is friendly. We appreciate the Senior prices. We love the rewards we accumulate. Have to admit, it is getting a little dated and sometimes it needs a good steam cleaning as it has been around since 2003. We know the pandemic has been hard on movie theaters, and try to support them.
