I love what Santikos stands for by giving back to the community. It’s awesome as well the concessions that are available while at the movies; you could have a full on restaurant quality meal & can play arcade games before or after the movie.

I liked that when I complained to the management about a crying baby and someone’s cell phone dinging during the movie, they gave me a rain check. I did report the issues during the movie to staff, but the noise continued. The manager was very nice and apologetic.

It is rare I find anything to complain about with this theatre system. I wish the app was a little more user friendly with regards to the rewards part of the app but that could also be user error

Staff is always friendly and quick. We feel safe since during the holidays you had police officers both inside and outside monitoring.

Employees very professional, and courteous. Providing for the entertainment experiences. I also love the food and drinks, there's something for everyone in the family, just like the movies. There's a different movie for every family member, or if ones feels like watching something different. The perfect experience for the family, topped off with the feeling of security. We really appreciate our friends in blue.
