New reclining chairs

Love the reclining seats, they go back far! I also enjoyed the self popcorn refill station. It gets us back to the movie faster and frees them up to help other paying customers.

Easy to use the rewards but the amount of money you have to spend to get any benefits are kinda crazy :(

Santikos does a great job keeping up with all the technological advances in the industry and make the movie experience a memorable one by offering so many forms of entertainment at one location. Love every moment spent at Santikos.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. I enjoy going because it has always been my favorite movie theater since I was a kid. The only thing I would say is maybe invest in a better soft pretzel.

The seats are comfortable and make watching a movie much more relaxing.

I love the assigned seating and the self service popcorn station. As more movies come out, I am concerned that less theaters will cause more overcrowding.

The staff at the Silverado location always provide Excellent, Courteous, and Professional Service and the theater is always Clean!!

I only wish that they would put Much Less Salt in their Popcorn at this location.
One of the Main Reasons that we go to the movies is to Enjoy M!ovie Theater Popcorn.

I know that they are using new machines and that it may take a while for them to adjust to how much salt to put in the popcorn but, each time that I visit, the popcorn is Still Much Too Salty

With the children attending more movies during the summer months, it would also be great not to have them eat All Of That Salt with their Popcorn.
I do hope that someone would help them with this (training) so that the Popcorn is Consistently Not Too Much Salty
