Silverado is conveniently located near my home and at an intersection that is not overly congested like The Rim. The theaters and bathrooms are always clean. Customer service at concessions is fast. Employees are always friendly at the conessions and box office. It is apparent that customer service is a priority -- (ex. complimentary rides from cool looking golf cart in the parking lot). I also really like being able to purchase reserved seating - helps avoid waiting in long lines. Loyalty rewards is a good program as well. Overall, Silverado is a great threater with clean, upgraded facilities, and good customer service.

All employees are very polite, helpful, and courteous. Also, at the consession stand all are quick and very polite with the orders. We have always enjoyed our movies at Santikos. Excellent service!
