Location and not over crowded

I frequent your Silverado location because of your assigned seating. I love that I know where my seats will be and can get my snacks at my leisure or just avoid the trailers before the showing begins.

I would like to suggest that your aisle markers (alphabetical) be glow in the dark or a little larger so that people can see them. Some of the markers are not visible unless you are walking down the flight of stairs (Theatre 5 for example).

Easy to get the tickets and seats online. And the snack bar had the popcorn hot, buttery, and ready!

I'll be blunt. I used to be an acid fan, supporter, and overall fanatic for Santikos. Once the changes in video game prices changed to over 3 times the previous cost, prices rising and quality of food going down, I quickly fell out of love for Santikos.
Howeve, with what Santikos does too change, innovate, and give back to the community, great achievements need funding and so I understand why.

I appreciate the hard work and effort you all do to fulfill Mr. Santikos's legacy. Thank you for being the leaders on trying to give a more immersion experience. I love movies because of the emotional experience and ability to lose yourself in another "universe." Im about 55% blind and going to a theatre and being able to experience a movie is a big thing for me. I'm happy to see Santikos theatres making a move to change, adapt, and innovate; I would hate to see Santikos ever fall out of the top spot for entertainment and family fun.

I thank you all for staying loyal to your core values and being apart of our community.

With all that being said, the game prices are still too expensive and if you could please hurry up and open the new theatre on culebra/1604 that us literally on the same street as me a mile away, I'd really appreciate it. It's okay, just say I gave you permission for the extra expense. Ha-ha.

This is the only place we will go to see any movies, I enjoy the friendliness of the employees towards any person that comes in.

I like that we get to reserve out seats and don't have to worry about if there are several seats together.

I always enjoy going to Santikos Silverado, it's convenient and the people there are very friendly.

I want to commend Santikos Silversdo manager Sharon Daul and all the employees at Santikos Silverado who were working the afternoon of Sunday, April 10, 2016 when a big storm caused a power outage to the entire theatre. We were asked to exit the theatre and then allowed back in. The power went out again. There were a lot of people in line trying to get a rain check. It was very hot in the lobby. I was impressed with how well all of the employees handled themselves. Everything was handle in a well organized manner. I saw the manager Sharo Daul lead the actions of her employees. Great job!

The employees always provide very friendly service, and all aspects of the theater are always very clean and well kept.

I like everything about Santikos. The food is great, the service is consistent and I love reserved seating!

We talk about and visit Santikos at least once a week. If I get extra time off we visit twice a week. You run out of movies before we become disinterested. WE visit Silverado 16, Bijou, Palladium & sometimes Rialto.
