I was very upset over the new loyalty rules as we have a traveling lifestyle where the non expiration of points worked very well. I voiced my concerns and almost immediately was contacted to work with me in readjusting into the new program. After a couple email exchanges, they have bent over backwards to help with this issue. I love the palladium the customer service. But the dining area needs to be more up kept I’ve noticed the past times I’ve gone napkins are never restocked the ketchup areas are either not restocked or dirty.
