They always have plenty of registers open. They have plenty of theaters available for new releases. I live in Somerset, Tx. I drive about 40 min to the Palladium. The Mayan is about 15 min away.
The Mayan Plaza is a whole different experience. I own a children's home and take about 15 kids/adults at a time.
It becomes a added expense when I am charged extra for a theater upgrade that was NOT listed on the show time.
I feel that as customers, the price increase for different theaters should be listed.
Never a long wait to purch tix or snacks, always multiple lanes open to serve and staff is pleasant to deal with

It it is a great location with many eating and shopping establishments. You can make a whole day of it and top it off with a movie.
Reserved seating was awesome in Imax! Rows & seats were clearly labeled so our seats were easy to locate.

Very nice theatres, nice lobby. Clean bathrooms; quick snack lines. Great sound and picture quality. Lots of movies and times to choose from (lots of screens).
We can have dinner there when we don't have time to eat at home.
The extra room on the rows so you don't have to get up when people walk by.
My church, Cornerstone Church in San Antonio is releasing the Four Blood Moons at selected theaters on March 23. On 03/06/2015 I called the guest service desk at the Palladium and was assisted by Roy. I specifically asked him information about the tickets to this one night only premier. I asked if this was reserved seating and he said no. It was first come, first serve. My mom traveled across town, about 20 miles, during rush hour traffic to purchase the tickets. I then get a call from my very, stressed, disappointed mother. She said the tickets were reserved and were forced to purchase the last seats in the house. In the very front. She bought them anyways because we are determined to watch this movie. I called back and spoke to Roy and he explained to me that he was upstairs in an office and his computer clearly showed first come first serve status on this film. I understand the there was a miscommunication somewhere and "things happen".
I then spoke with Jason Garcia. Mr. Garcia completely turned the situation upside down. For the best. He was so professional and handled my complaint with the utmost respect. I will definitely recommend Santikos over your competitors in a heartbeat. I have posted on social media on how happy I am. I would like someone from your corporate office to commend Mr. Garcia and recognize him as much as you can. I have been in communication with Mr. Garcia and I hope to meet him and thank him in person on March 23 at the premier of The Four Blood Moons.
