We took our grandson to watch the new movie "Storks." The sound system seemed a bit loud. After about 10 minutes my grandson asked to leave because the movie had a lot of yelling. He's 3 years old and was not enjoying himself even though he tried to block some of the sound by covering his ears with his hands. My husband checked into getting our money back and had no trouble getting tickets for another movie. Not every movie is for everyone and we appreciate that the theater didn't hesitate to giving us a refund. We love Santikos so much that we give gift cards for Christmas. The kids in our family look forward to their gift card every year

I LOVE the new seats with the little tables (wish they had a cup holder! ps I also love picking my seats---wish there was a will call where I could buy tickets to be together with friends but leave tickets for the others someplace. thank you for your continual excellent service
